Dakota's 1 Month Old

So I can barely believe it, but my boy is already 1 month old - today! It seriously seems like he's only been home for a few days. I guess "they" are right when "they" say, "They (your children) grow up fast.". I am enjoying every minute I have with him, even the late night and/or fussy ones. Being Dakota's mom is the best thing I have ever done.
Below are a few photos of my beautiful son, who is now 9 pounds, 12 ounces and 22&1/2 inches!
I cannot believe the love I have for this child. It is absolutely amazing! He is just so wonderful, a true blessing.

These pictures immediately below were taken at 7:50am this morning-the time of his birth on June 10. I know it is summer and was about 80F today, but we keep our windows open at night and the nights are quite cool, so I wrap up my boy nice and warm! He loves it. Isn't he so cute?!?!

Here is Dakota in his bouncer today. I think this will be the last night he wears that outfit, as he's grown a bit tall for it. It isn't tight yet...but there isn't anymore room to grow either. Oh, it's the 1st thing he's outgrown (I think I might cry); however he is still fitting into the rest of his newborn clothes.
