Friday night (8/22), Andrew, Emily, Carol Ann (Emily's friend) & I went to the Loons baseball game and had a super fun time!!! The Loons lost, but we still had great fun. There was a "Raining $" theme that night and my name got drawn!!!! OMG!! After the game a helicopter with $2,000 (all $1 bills) dropped the $ on the field. I had to run around (at one point I slide down onto the ground) to get as much of the $ as I could while 22 other people where doing the same! It was super fun and I walked away with $92!!
I still can't believe my name was drawn and how much fun it was!! I shared the winnings with my Cheering section! Andrew, Emily and Carol Ann were awesome supporters & cheered for me like crazy!!!!
If you ever have the chance to do this, I say do it! It was fun!!!!! Plus I got a free T-shirt, the one I am wearing in the photo here, with my pile of $!! Woo-hoo!!!
